We are lucky to have such a wonderful facility in the centre of the Parish. It offers a light and warm meeting space that is well-maintained and regularly re-decorated. The Meeting Place is wholey owned and run by Bradwell Parish Council and it can be hired for a variety of events including parties, receptions, classes, regular meetings, one off get togethers, commercial bookings, or other events requiring a hall of this size. Facilities:

 • Capacity for 55 people seated, or 100 standing or dancing

 • Attractive outside area extremely useful for children' activities or just for taking a breath of fresh air.

 • The Meeting Place has a fully equipped kitchen

• Central heating and adequate toilet facilities

• Furniture includes 60 adult chairs, 10 young children chairs, also 10 tables (2m x 2ft 2ins wide) plus a long buffet table (3 m long)

• Own parking adjacent and additional parking nearby

• Hours available:       08.00 - 23.30 hours


Heelands Meeting Place tariff and conditions of hire:

The Hall is not licensed for the sale of alcohol by Bradwell Parish Council or any user of the Hall, but alcohol may be consumed on the premises

All people booking Heelands Meeting Place must pay a returnable deposit:  £100.00 for children and adult parties and block bookings, and £250.00 for teenage parties.  The deposit will be returned after the event provided there is no loss or damage and the Hall is vacated promptly and left in the same condition as it was on arrival.

The time booked must include setting up before and clearing away after the event.

Outside area

Bouncy castles can be erected in the area to the rear of the Hall and barbecues can also be set up there.  All ash and barbecue debris must be removed at the end of the event. Any damage to the surface outside will be deducted from the deposit paid.

The Hall is clean when you arrive.  It is your responsibility to ensure it is clean when you leave after your event.  Please bring your own cleaning materials.  All rubbish must be taken away from the Hall by the hirer after the event
